6-Stage Refining Process

- Crushing & Grinding: Ore reduced to <75μm> in SAG and ball mills. Energy-efficient HPGR pre-crushing saves 25% power.
- Cyanide Leaching: Carbon-in-Leach (CIL) circuit with 8-stage tanks. 96% gold dissolution in 24 hours. No mercury used.
- Carbon Absorption: Activated carbon captures 99.5% of dissolved gold. Automated carbon transfer every 4 hours.
- Elution & Electrowinning: High-pressure elution strips gold from carbon. Electrowinning cells produce gold sludge at 99.9% purity..
- Smelting & Casting: Induction furnace melts sludge into 400 oz doré bars. Final assay ensures 99.99% purity.
- Traceability & Certification: Blockchain-verified chain of custody. LBMA and RJC certified. Full ESG reporting.
